We’ve been responsible for marketing software, professional
services, application services, managed services, internet services,
hosting services, networking technology, open source software
services, voice and data services. We’ve worked with global and
national direct channels, indirect channels, joint ventures and
partnerships. We’ve built new market leading propositions, managed
the expansion of existing markets, and converted end of life markets
to current markets. We’ve created pricing, promotion, product and
place for both services and products. We’ve rapidly generated
hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue growth.

For Qwest Communications
International Incorporated (advanced communication services,
data, multimedia and internet based services provider):
Developed vXML centered contact center solutions
marketing strategy and tactics,
resulting in sales to Target, and American Express, as well as
partnerships with Genesys, and SpeechWorks and 9 systems integrators
in less than 5 months.
For XO Communications Incorporated
(competitive local, long distance and enhanced
telecommunications services provider)
Developed and managed processes for handling
individual case basis pricing, feature/function, capital deployment and
contract negotiation for non-standard service arrangements.
For Wizmo Incorporated (small and
medium business application service provider and managed service
provider):
Created application service provider
offering, positioning and go to
market strategy for small businesses with 65% gross margin and 20% month
over month growth rate.
Secured an exclusive relationship with
one of three independent software vendors, identified by the Yankee
Group, as critical to the success of small and medium business
application service providers, through collaboration with the Vice
President of sales.
Generated one third of the company’s fiscal 2000
application service provider revenues through the sale and development
of an application infrastructure provider proposition, which captured
the strategic online proposition of a top five educational
independent software vendor.

and medical application service provider):
